McKeesport Baseball Tournaments Refund Policies

Effective December 1, 2024

VALID FOR ALL 2025 EVENTS HOSTED BY MCKEESPORT BASEBALL TOURNAMENTS

2 OR MORE GAMES PLAYED = 0% REFUND

1 GAME PLAYED = 50% REFUND

0 GAMES PLAYED = 90% REFUND **

**10% ADMINISTRATIVE FEE WITHHELD IN EVENT OF COMPLETE WEATHER-RELATED CANCELATION – TEAMS

ALSO HAVE THE OPTION TO APPLY 100% REFUND TOWARDS ANOTHER MBT EVENT **

ANY GAME WITH A MINIMUM OF ONE COMPLETE INNING COUNTS AS A GAME

PLAYED IN REGARDS TO THIS POLICY

*** TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR(S) RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SHORTEN GAMES VIA INNINGS OR

TIME LIMIT IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER ***

• Prior to the Tournament Schedule being published, teams may withdrawal from the

tournament at any time and receive 90% Refund

(10% Admin Fee Withheld)

• After the Tournament Schedule is published and up to the day prior to the

tournament start date, teams may withdrawal from the tournament and receive a

50% Refund

• Any team voluntarily withdrawing from tournament for any reason on or after the

start date is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND

• Teams removed from the tournament due to disciplinary or competitive balance

reasons at Tournament Director(s) discretion are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND.

• Any Tournament canceled by MBT for any reason other than weather-related, all

registered teams will receive full 100% Refund
